These terms apply to AMCP at amcp.shop, including its website, reporting workspace, platform connections and MCP endpoint. By signing in or connecting an account, you agree to them. The privacy policy explains how AMCP handles your data.
1. About these terms
AMCP is an advertising workspace. It reads data from the advertising and measurement accounts you connect, keeps reports and their evidence, and prepares changes that people review before they run. In these terms, “we” means the operator of AMCP at amcp.shop, and “you” means the person using it and the organization they act for.
If you use AMCP on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
2. Accounts and access
- Who can join: AMCP accounts are created by invitation or, where a deployment opens registration, through verified sign-up. A workspace owner approves new members and assigns their role.
- Your credentials: keep your password, recovery codes and connector tokens private. Use two-step verification where it is offered. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us or your workspace owner that it is compromised.
- Workspaces: the workspace owner decides who can see the workspace, which connected accounts it uses and which of them may accept changes.
3. Connected platforms
Connect only accounts, properties and data that you are authorized to access and manage. Each platform's own terms, policies, approvals and access levels continue to apply, and the platform decides whether an account is eligible for a feature. AMCP shows what it can read or prepare; it does not change what a platform allows.
You can disconnect a login at any time. You can also remove AMCP's access in the platform's own account settings.
4. Advertising changes
A deployment runs in one of two modes, shown in the workspace as “Read-only workspace” or “Read + reviewed writes”.
- Read-only: AMCP reads data and prepares local previews. It does not change your advertising accounts.
- Reviewed writes: AMCP can change only accounts that the workspace owner explicitly enables for writes. Each change is prepared, shown for review and runs only after someone with the right access confirms it. Owner spending policies and confirmation steps apply.
You are responsible for the changes you confirm, including their effect on campaign delivery and spend. Advertising charges are between you and the platform. Recommendations and reports are decision support, not a guarantee of results.
5. AI tools and connector tokens
When you connect an AI tool, it can use AMCP within the access you grant: reading your selected accounts and, where enabled, preparing reviewed changes. Connector tokens expire after 30 days and can be revoked in MCP connectors. The AI tool's own terms and privacy policy govern how it processes what it receives.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not access accounts, workspaces or data you are not authorized to use.
- Do not try to bypass sign-in, review, confirmation, rate limits or other safeguards, or to disrupt the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or personal data you have no right or consent to use.
- Follow the advertising policies of the platforms you connect.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts other people, accounts or the service at risk.
7. The service
AMCP depends on third-party platforms, hosting and networks, and features change as platforms change their interfaces. We work to keep AMCP available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free results, or that a platform will accept a request. Check important changes in the platform itself.
To the extent the law allows, AMCP is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or advertising spend that results from changes you confirmed or from a platform's own decisions.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using AMCP at any time: disconnect your logins, revoke your connector tokens and AI-tool authorizations, and ask for your account or workspace to be deleted. Data deletion explains each step and what is kept.
9. Contact and changes
For questions about these terms, contact the administrator who manages your AMCP workspace, or write to privacy@amcp.shop. Do not include passwords, access tokens or client secrets.
We publish changes on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use AMCP after a change means you accept the updated terms.
